The Members view shows which coding agents a member uses, average efficiency, sessions, retry rate, last activity, and adoption stage. Open a member to inspect skills, context health, behavior, spend, and recent sessions.

Adoption stages

Agent Insights uses four stages:
  • Getting started
  • Developing
  • Proficient
  • Pioneering
Treat a stage as a coaching prompt—not seniority, productivity, or performance. Work type, tool access, risk, and source coverage all affect the result.

Capability and skills

Agent capability adoption and skill recommendations across the team
Capability adoption shows whether the team uses workflows such as sub-agents, planning, skills, MCP tools, task tracking, and current models. Skill suggestions identify repeated work that may benefit from a reusable workflow. Before creating a suggested skill:
  1. Review the proposed scope and source sessions.
  2. Remove secrets, internal identifiers, and unsafe write actions.
  3. Test it on non-production work.
  4. Assign an owner.
  5. Measure whether it reduces retries or repeated manual work.

Members who are not synced

A member may show Not synced when collection is missing, authentication expired, no recent activity exists, or identity mapping is incomplete. Use Remind only after explaining the rollout and confirming the destination identity.

Entelligence Wrapped

Use the CLI to create a personal summary from a bounded, redacted slice of activity:
Treat the generated persona as a personal reflection, not an assessment.

A useful monthly review

  • Which teams or projects have missing coverage?
  • What friction or reclaimable spend increased?
  • Which skill or enablement change helped?
  • Are model choices and budgets still appropriate?
  • What does the dashboard miss according to developers?
