Open Settings → Team → Members to manage workspace membership. The current Team Management view provides:
  • Search
  • Team filter
  • Create Team
  • Add user
  • Member rows with user, email, team, role, and actions
  • Member and Admin roles

Invite by email

Select Add user to invite one or more email addresses. The current invitation form supports:
  • Member or Admin role
  • Expiry of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or Never
Use the shortest practical expiry. Grant Admin only when the person must manage workspace-level settings. The invite link has its own role and expiry controls. The current interface provides Copy, Rotate, and Revoke actions.
The invitation interface warns that members who join through the link are billed in the following month. Check plan and seat state before sharing the link broadly.
Rotate the link after the intended onboarding window. Revoke it if it reaches an unintended audience.

Create and maintain teams

  1. Select Create Team.
  2. Enter the team name.
  3. Add the intended members.
  4. Verify provider mappings and analytics attribution.
  5. Assign an operational owner.
Team membership is used by filters and team-level analytics. Review it after reorganizations, team moves, or provider changes.

Roles

The invitation and member controls expose two workspace roles: Provider permissions can still limit what a user or integration can access. Test sensitive workflows with a pilot Member account instead of inferring every permission from the role label.

Offboard a member

  1. Inventory owned keys, provider credentials, teams, mappings, automations, and billing responsibilities.
  2. Transfer ownership.
  3. Remove or remap external identities.
  4. Revoke outstanding invite links if needed.
  5. Remove the member.
  6. Verify that access stops.
  7. Confirm how historical analytics should be retained.

Next step

Configure provider credentials and user mappings.
