Open Settings → Billing to review the workspace’s commercial and usage state.

Billing surfaces

Depending on the workspace plan, the page can include:
  • Subscription management
  • LLM usage and plan breakdown
  • Included usage and overage state
  • Next bill and payment status
  • Billed seats
  • Model Router balance and routing limit
  • Recharge or credit purchase
  • Auto top-up
  • Transactions and invoices
Use the values displayed in the app and the signed contract as the source of truth. Plan names, prices, included usage, and overage rates can change.

Seat control

Before inviting a group:
  1. Review billed seats.
  2. Review the invite-link billing warning.
  3. Set the link role and expiry.
  4. Onboard a pilot.
  5. Reconcile joined members against billed seats.
  6. Rotate or revoke the invite link.

Model Router balance

Where enabled, review:
  • Hosted Proxy or BYOK mode
  • Current balance
  • Routing limit
  • Recharge or credit purchase
  • Auto top-up state
  • Top-up threshold and amount
  • Transaction history
  • Invoices
Purchasing credits or enabling auto top-up can create charges. Define an owner, approval limit, threshold, maximum expected spend, and alerting process before enabling either control.

Monthly reconciliation

  • Match the invoice period with the analytics period.
  • Reconcile active and billed seats.
  • Separate subscription, overage, provider, and routing-balance charges.
  • Review failed or duplicate transactions.
  • Keep projected savings separate from invoiced amounts.
  • Retain invoices according to finance policy.
For billing disputes or contract questions, use the invoice, signed order form, and Entelligence support rather than a static documentation value.
