2. Add team context
Map members to teams so team-level charts and comparisons are meaningful.
3. Verify the first report
Open Team Insights and confirm that the selected period contains pull requests, reviews, and engineers.
Start with one active team and a recent date range. Expand the rollout after you confirm the data and team mapping.
