Run an audit

  1. Open Code Reliability → Observability.
  2. Select a repository and choose Run Audit.
  3. Confirm the branch and wait for completion.
  4. Open View Report.

P0–P3 is the recommended work order for this audit. It is not an incident severity or exploit rating. Review production exposure and implementation risk before scheduling work.

Compare audits carefully

Keep the repository, branch, and audit scope consistent. Use issue-level changes to explain a score movement; a small grade change alone is not a reliable outcome.
