# Troubleshooting hub

> Diagnose Entelligence authentication, connectors, repositories, mappings, time range, permissions, settings, writes, billing, and product workflows.

Use this order:

1. Workspace and role
2. Connector authentication
3. Source scope
4. Repository, user, team, project, service, or channel mapping
5. Product enablement
6. Time range, filter, and timezone
7. Read or write permission
8. Limit, credit, or plan state
9. Client version and network
10. Product-specific logs or job state

## Before contacting support

Reproduce with the narrowest read-only test. Capture:

* Workspace and user role
* Product
* Source and connector
* Repository/project/team/channel
* UTC timestamp and local timezone
* Client and version
* Selected filters
* Expected and actual result
* Exact redacted error
* Source links or IDs
* Whether rollback worked

Never send API keys, provider tokens, private source, secrets, or unredacted production logs over an unapproved channel.

## Status and escalation

Check the status or support route provided for your enterprise deployment. For a production-impacting issue, follow the severity and escalation path in your agreement.
