# Product availability and plans

> Understand Entelligence current, Beta, New, plan-gated, connector-dependent, and Coming Soon labels without hard-coding commercial packaging.

Product access can depend on plan, deployment, connector, role, repository, geography, or rollout state. The Entelligence app and your contract are authoritative.

## Connector status

The Connectors page uses **Connect**, **Configure**, **View details**, **Connected**, **Default**, and **Coming Soon**. Copilot and Pylon were marked Coming Soon during the current audit.

## Plan information

The app has displayed Free Trial, Startup, Growth, and Enterprise packaging. Do not copy prices, included tokens, overage rates, or feature matrices into long-lived internal docs; read **Settings → Billing** and the signed order form.

## Validate before rollout

* Product appears in navigation.
* Required connector can be connected.
* Administrator can enable the repository or team.
* Normal member can use the intended path.
* Billing owner understands cost.
* Security owner approves data flow.
* Support confirms any contractual requirement.
